The Yuba River Monitoring Team (RMT) is pleased to announce that we are releasing a 2020 Proposal Solicictation Notice (PSN): Productivity of Seasonally Available Aquatic Habitat Types in the Lower Yuba River, California. We are seeking high-quality grant proposals that will study productivity within and between seasonally available aquatic habitats on the lower Yuba River.
Funding will be provided by the RMT for one project, on a competitive basis, for an amount up to $100,000. Project proposals will be reviewed and scored in accordance with the following criteria:
• Technical merit and expected benefit to science and management • Project cost • Scope and feasibility of the project • Well-defined schedule with defined deliverables and realistic due dates • Qualifications of the grantees
Full grant applications will be due by 5:00 p.m. PST on November 2, 2020.
Potential applicants are welcome to attend an RMT-led webinar on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. PST. The webinar will provide an overview of the desired area of study and the opportunity to consult with us about project ideas and developing competitive proposals.
